  • To coordinate all membership related activities i.e. Members recruitment event management, following up members applications from start till end unless deposit is received from the members, contacting prospective members through phone calls, sending them emails and replying to their queries, members profile maintenance, updating members record i.e. contact details, address etc, maintaining record of active and non active members. Related reports of new members as well as the members left
  • Assisting of the President in day to day office matters
  • Management of social media
  • Membership data management
  • Making the agenda of the Board meetings and follow up on compliance
  • Corresponding with Region and Global as per the requirements
  • To coordinate with Global about trainers arrival and plan whole days activities training including venue and menu selection, registration of the participants on the system, welcoming training participants, circulating training material, making event photographs, attendance records and all other necessary requirements to make the training event successful, also arranging the visa invitation letters
  • Coordination with vender and support system for the events, to visit different Universities and coordinate road shows and monitor performance of the service providers regarding arrangements of road shows
  • Communication management, ensuring quality communication for all events and matters of Lahore and global. Helping design flyers and execution of the programs.
  • To handle Bank Accounts collection and reconciliation, ensuring necessary approvals before making any payment and maintaining complete record, maintaining record in Quick Book software and maintaining/updating relevant records
  • To ensure all compliance related activities / audits, liaison with Auditors/Chartered Accountants, ensuring on time submission of monthly statutory returns, Cash /Bank reconciliation and forwarding Finance related MIS reporting to the Chair and also presenting the same in the Board Meetings.
  • Any other relevant assignments as will be assigned on need basis
