Software Development Engineer (Team Leader)

Role:

We are looking for a software Developer to function as Team Leader in our emerging company for our ongoing software development cycle and provide a leap forward.

Responsibilities:

• Actively drives development lifecycle from requirement analysis, feasibility estimates, architectural design, development, implementation and operational support
• Responsible for design reviews, code reviews and mentoring software engineering team
• Translate vision, concept and business requirements into technical solutions
• Building and managing multi-disciplined software teams and overseeing development processes using industry best practices
• Lead architecture, design and technology decisions
• Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, excelling at pinpointing and resolving problems in early project stages to avoid cost/time expenses
• Meet business needs by managing activities of engineers, consistently delivering quality solutions

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within software development (Development Manager level equivalent or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience
• Expert level technical and architectural experience in commercial enterprise software
• Experience in delivering highly complex enterprise solutions with demanding reliability requirements
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, software development tools and best practices
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and complexity analysis
• Strengths in problem-solving, issue resolution, ability to work in deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. A strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
• A strong leader, mentor and people manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs80,000.00 to Rs100,000.00 /month
